Hearing Tests
Hearing Testing and Evaluations
Choosing the right hearing aid starts with a clear understanding of your unique hearing loss needs. Our advanced testing procedures accurately identify whether or not you have hearing loss and measure the type and severity.
Previous health history is one of the many factors that will help audiologists come to a clear solution, but it's just the beginning! We'll also conduct a series of tests to determine if you have hearing loss, the severity of your case and the next best steps. The diagnostic audiologic evaluation determines the seriousness of hearing loss in one or both ears

Hearing aids are devices created to bring back normal hearing levels. A hearing aid evaluation puts you on the right track to resolving the most common hearing issues. Unreliable levels can lead to significant hearing loss in one or both ears. Think of the evaluation as an informative visit to ease your mind. During this appointment, the audiologist will help patients find the best device for daily usage.
More on Evaluation for Hearing AidsThis is the biggest step to getting a new pair of hearing aids. The audiologist will make the final adjustments before asking and answering key questions. It's important to be honest at the dispensing and fitting appointment about the hearing device, whether you have any questions or concerns on how to use it or how it works. As a daily-use device, comfort with both the fit and features are an important part of the listening experience.
More on Hearing Aid Dispensing & FittingNormal wear and tear are an understandable expectation for hearing aids, especially when you consider how frequently they are used. When damage is beyond home maintenance, on-site clinic repair will save you a lot of time! We can make most minor repairs in our office, but in the event the damage is more extensive, we can send it to the manufacturer and keep you updated each step of the way.
More on Hearing Aid Repair & MaintenanceReal ear measurement is the measurement of sound pressure level in a patient's ear canal developed when a hearing aid is worn. The American Speech–Language–Hearing Association (ASHA) and American Academy of Audiology (AAA) recommend real ear measures as the preferred method of verifying the performance of hearing aids.
